Workflows
Aligning People & Systems
These workflows represent my approach to turning complex processes into clear, actionable systems. Each design brings visibility to roles, timelines, and key moments—supporting alignment, accountability, and consistent execution across the organization.
Onboarding Workflow: Fragmented onboarding created inconsistency and misalignment. I designed a clear, cross-functional workflow to align roles, timelines, and key touchpoints—resulting in a more cohesive, scalable onboarding experience.
Implementation Workflow: Implementation processes weren’t always aligned, which created friction across teams. I developed a clear, phased workflow to map out roles, timing, and key moments—helping teams move forward with more clarity and consistency.
